"I just rated RTI LLC with 5 stars!! They so deserve that and more. After getting several estimates to replace my deck with either Trex or Timbertech I was not comfortable giving a large deck replacement to any of the contractors that came to our home. TJ from RTI gave me a complete estimate with quotes for both products including all of the various companies’ lines. I was comfortable with him from the start. He was very professional and knew quite a bit more than the others about the decking. After a long delay in getting the decking delivered due to backlogs and supply problems at long last our deck was installed. The crew was great. Very punctual, responsible, and easy to talk with. They cleaned up after every day on the job and left the work area neat and tidy. The deck is beautiful now. The color is just what we wanted and blends well with the exterior of the house. TJ, Ian, Drake and the other guys went above and beyond the norm to make sure we were happy with their workmanship and product. Their attention to detail was very noticeable and made for an excellent experience with RTI. I cannot recommend them enough!"
