"We had heard great things about RTI services from friends and our community and so we decided to get a quote from them and it came in around where we expected.
We had RTI Services replace an old deck and actually extend it so we now have a wrap around deck. It was a huge project about 900 sq ft of deck. We have huge windows by where they put the deck so I was able to easily see all the work they put into our deck. They were meticulous and methodical. Their work was outstanding. Their crew is hard working, on time and gets the job done. And they are very responsive and have amazing customer service.
They also put extra work into reinforcing a part of the deck we want to put a hot tub on. But the most impressive part is building out this huge long stair case into an awkward hill that we have. It’s perfect and now we have access to our yard from any part of the deck and we don’t have to navigate this steep kind of dangerous part of our backyard anymore because now it’s stairs. We also had an existing roof structure that they were able to extend because we made that area of our deck bigger.
I am so impressed with this company and I will recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a deck.
I will post pictures but just know we had our deck built in the dead of winter during the cold and rain so there are some areas of mud from the work they did but barely considering how many people were out there working and the time of year it was."
